All defined terms used below shall have the meanings set forth in our Terms and Conditions.
Merchandise in unused and original condition may be returned for refund, store credit or exchange within 30 days of purchase when accompanied by the original sales receipt.
Items returned must be in perfect condition, unworn and in their original packaging with any related accessories, labels and protective covers.
Refunds will be made to the original purchaser, in the original method of payment and are available for purchases made in the US only.
Please note that bespoke, personalized or custom designed items such as patch, monogram or hot-stamped products cannot be exchanged or returned.

Unused merchandise will be eligible for a full refund within 30 days of date of purchase along with your packing slip and original tags attached. CALIFO reserves the right to approve all returns, and has the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with this policy requirement.
Merchandise eligible for returns may be returned following these steps to return your merchandise:
Repack your merchandise securely in the original package (if possible).
Enclose the original packing slip to ensure proper credit. Be sure to keep a copy of the packing slip for your records.

Note the tracking number from your return to ensure that the package is received by CALIFO. If you would like to exchange merchandise, please return the unwanted item and place a new order on www.CALIFO.com. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment used for purchase within 14 days of receiving your returned merchandise.
CALIFO does not refund shipping charges.
Retail Store Purchases
CALIFO does not accept returns or exchanges on products purchased at department stores or specialty retail stores. Returns must be made where the item was originally purchased.
