“I am very happy with the outcome of your process mapping software. Although there are many other flowcharting software currently in the market, I found the Lifecycle Mapping Software to be very user friendly. But above all, I was initially interested in this software because of the "web ready" (which you have named Front Counter Assistance) aspect for the end users. The Front Counter Assistance gives my staff an easy to look at web page that will guide them step by step through our Admissions' processes. I feel this product may ultimately unify all of the Admissions' processes. Using the Lifecycle Mapping Software to create a flowchart is very simple. Since the software was still in development at the time I purchased it, I was able to include my opinion and thoughts of how the software should look or function. The advantage of having one of the developers as my contact is that he fully understands the capability of the software, what it was intended to do and what it may be able to do with my input.
Once a flowchart is created or modified, you simply have to save it. Once it is saved, the information that is retrieve from the Front Counter Assistance is instantly updated. Great feature!!!

We implemented this software in the Registrar’s Office of Algonquin College in 2003. Algonquin College has ~14,000 full-time students and more than 40,000 Continuing Education registrations per year. We have more than 50 staff regularly logged onto Lifecycle.
